Folks have been great about filling out our customer satisfaction survey on our website. Just about all of the comments are positive. When we do get one that expresses some dissatisfaction, we get in touch and try to make it right. Thanks to Matt and AEIDataworks, we can now scroll these comments on our homepage. Nothing means more to us than satisfied customers. We use the best parts, continually train our great tech staff, and we warranty all of our work. Then we work very hard to create a friendly, relaxed environment for our customers. It makes us feel good – hope it does the same for you.

Nothing but great work, way above and beyond customer service expectations! Just the way customer service would be done if one was to make up a dream list of how you would want to be treated.
I have been having work done at this location over the 20 years I have been a member of the Shore Drive community. I can quickly think of 5 cars they have serviced for me from nearly antique Cadillac, BMW 750i, Benz 190, a new Mazda and a Toyota. Some of my neads on these cars (the older ones) were beyond routine service into “can you find that little squeak or cause of…” type requests.
One of my needs on a new Mazda was the new technology of monitoring tire pressure; they don’t call them “idiot lights” for nothing! Ross explained what was so easily available to me in the owners manual.
I unhesitantly refer friends and associates, who report the same level of satisfaction I have recieved.
Knowing these folks and working with a family business who really cares, adds to the enjoyment of living in the Shore Drive neighborhood.
