On April 26, 1607, after three months at sea, English settlers arrived on the beach known as Cape Henry. They would eventually continue on and establish the English settlement of Jamestown. We can only imagine how beautiful a sight it must have been after so long at sea. We look forward to celebrating First Landing Day and the beautiful place we are so lucky to call home.
